How can we design our future project?
We have close contacts with local architects and also have a qualified in house interior designer within our team, depending on what type of design concept you need. Then we work closely with you to achieve the dream design for your project, we can also give advice based on our building experience to ensure the build complies with the current National Construction Code (NCC).
What is the process of getting a quote for a renovation/project?
We organise a time to come out to your property, this allows us to review and discuss your ideas. Once we have a completed this consultation a quote will be drafted and a second face-to-face meeting will be organised to review the quote in detail. This will ensure all questions or concerns can be answered on the spot.
Does my project need council approval?
At the start of the project we will assess your requirements and advise whether the project needs council approval.
How do we know exactly what costs are involved?
We break down our quotes, clearly outlining what each item costs. To make it more personal we engage in a face-to-face meeting to run through the quote, allowing the client to ask any questions on the spot.
How long do you think the project will take?
We cannot determine a timeline until the project is completely planned out and we have our building schedule in place after final details have been confirmed.
